Connecting an agent does not authorize spending. Payment and campaign approval are separate. There is no company-card fallback or automatic refill.
Live delivery requires advertiser activation, required agreements, verified funds, owner approval, required tracking and Meta review. Check workspace readiness before paying. Current live campaigns use bounded lifetime budgets. Creative generation has an included allowance; check availability through the API.
