> Managed Meta advertising for agents, through Whop. Agents prepare and monitor campaigns; owners approve the exact creative, destination, schedule, and lifetime budget. Read runtime capabilities before attempting live work.

API version: 2026-10-01. Base URL: the origin serving this file. API prefix: /api/v1. USD integer cents. Strict JSON. Sandbox never spends money; live operations require advertiser readiness and deployment gates.

## Operating rules

Public capabilities and quotes need no credentials. mr_test_ keys are for sandbox; mr_live_ keys are for managed provider operations. Scopes: campaigns:read, campaigns:write, events:write. Agent keys cannot accept consent, directly charge payment methods, manage credentials, or authorize spend. Preserve Idempotency-Key for campaign creation and creative initialization; preserve event_id for conversions. Unknown upstream outcomes require reconciliation, not duplicate launches. Do not send MarketingRouter credentials to signed upload URLs or Whop checkout.

No performance guarantee, autonomous optimization, website crawler, creative generation, MCP server, x402 payments, or outbound webhooks. Submitted conversion totals are unverified observations; provider-attributed metrics are separate. An operator allowance is not a cash balance.

Agents can request Whop balance top-up links with live campaigns:write keys. Read /api/v1/balance and poll /api/v1/balance/topups/{id}. An owner completes hosted payment; signed provider webhooks update credit. No customer webhook setup is required. Top-ups require enabled billing and a ready advertiser. No automatic card charging or refill mandate is implemented.
